Press Win + TAB
Note: Need Windows 7Aero Themes

Go to 

         Right Click on Desktop

• Personalize 
• Select Windows 7 Aero Themes 

Another Method:

Goto :-
       >    My Computer

• Right Click Select Properties
• in left side click on
• Advanced system settings 
• Advanced tab
• Performance
• Settings
• Click on or tick to Enable Desktop Composition
