Problem:- How to change format of any (audio , video or Images) files on java phones in which no smart file managers works?
Solution:- First of all install ucweb browser
  if u dont have install from here
                 www.ucweb.com

ucweb 7.9 version is better than all versions and for low memory phones try ucweb 7.4
After installation complete. goto Option > Files > File Manager
   here choose the file whose format you wanna change.
   highlight the file and rename it.
