In this RAR pack there are two softwares one is Universal USB installer and second is ISO images. you just nedd to burn that image to your USB pendrive .....after that restart your pc and change boot settings to USB drive.....then save settings and restart your pc.
                       Now A black screen appears where it says to press any key...now press any key from keyboard. wait for some time and the startup is like window XP after startup WIndow Password Recovery Tools is open ....select your account & highlight it and hit on RESET.
    Now you can access Admin account withount any password
